Hello, my name is Amanda Holleyman.
I am a 2nd grade teacher, currently in my twelfth year at Lago Vista Elementary!
I'm married to Steve Holleyman. We have 3 wonderful daughters and a terrific son-in-law. I love spending time with my family on the lake, rooting for our favorite college teams, playing games or conducting our own version of 'Iron Chef' in our kitchen.
In Lago Vista we have supportive community members and families; that support is truly evident in our students.
I believe a successful classroom is based on mutual respect, hard work, communication, and excitement in learning. I aim to treat each student with fairness and high expectations while valuing individuality.
Teaching is an honor that I do not take lightly. I'm thankful for your trust and support.
