Get a jump on Free Application for Federal Student Aid - FAFSA!
Online applications are strongly encouraged. Paper applications can be requested by calling 800-433-3243. Application for Fall 2009 funds opens on January 1, 2009 - so plan ahead.
Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen - curious how Federal Student Aid works and amounts you might receive? go to FAFSA4caster for valuable information.
Sophomores and Juniors - PSAT date is Saturday, Oct. 18th here at LV High School. Save the day if you are interested. Fee is $20 (checks made payable to LV High School). Bring your registration to Mrs. Towal before or after school as soon as possible - but NO LATER THAN October 10th. You will receive a detailed booklet about the test including a practice test. CollegeBoard has developed powerful new online tools for student support in career search, college search and matching, as well as detailed score analysis after you take your test. As a test taker you will receive your own access code to these exciting online tools and study help for the SAT. So plan now on taking the PSAT with us on Saturday, Oct. 18th. | |
