An anchor is a link that jumps down a web page, useful on pages with a lot of content. You usually use three HTML links to make the Anchor, one to go down the page, the second to find the place in the page it's going to, and the third to "Return to Top."

For additional links, change the #q1 to #q2, #q3, and etc.
