Science is a way of living. |
 |
 |
The science classroom is a fun place to be on any given day. There will be lots of figuring things out. Pencil pushing and reading are of course necessary. And self discipline is required for all the mental gymnastics a learner must endure. But hey, we are learning how to think! The future is at stake!!!
I love science. I have always been interested in the HOW and the WHY of things. I also like to be around people; young ones have a special place in my heart. They have a daunting task ahead of them, and I feel a grave responsibility to equip them as best I can. | |

About Me |
Yes, I have a life!
I'm a native Texan. San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Austin have been my "home" towns. I earned a B.S. in Geology from The University of Texas, and worked in industry for a number of years while rearing two fine girls. Teaching is not my first career, but it is the one I have loved the most. In my private life, I enjoy music, travel, and being with friends and family, especially my young grandson. My husband and I live out in the farm country, where the soil is deep and the prairie sky is wide and high.
