Hi, my name is Kim Cook. I have been the Speech-Language Pathologist for Lago Vista ISD for 10 years. I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Communication Disorders. Here at Lago Vista ISD, I have the privilege of working with many different children ranging from 3 years old to 21 years old. I work with children who experience difficulties with speech and/or language diffficulties. Acquiring good speech and language skills is critical to success in school.

I live in Georgetown with my husband, two teenage sons, a dog, two cats and a ball python snake. When at home my two boys keep me very busy with various activities.

In addition to my job as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I also help coach Destination Imagination teams. Over the years I have worked with many wonderful children and parents who have become involved with this problem solving organization.
