This is my third year here at Lago Vista. I was previously a strength and conditioning coach at Angelo State University. I currently teach Physical education along with coaching Varsity Football, Powerlifting, and Track & Field.

I have always felt that it its hypocritical to ask kids to work out when you, yourself, do nothing of the sort. This is one of the reasons I continued to compete after my college career came to an end. I have been competing in the Highland games for three years now, professionally in 2010, and am always trying to improve as a strength athlete. I hope that the attitude about competing that I bring to Teaching and Coaching will have a positive effect on my students!
