My name is Tracy Ray Wancho. I graduated from Texas Tech University. This is my 25th year to teach Special Education.

I have worked with students with Autism for the past 13 years, during which I was an Autism Specialist for three of those years. I beleive that within the wide spectrum of Autism, each student has specific needs and challenges. The key to understanding these students, is in the understanding of the communication and social areas of concern.

I am the Vocational Adjustment Coordinator/ Transition Specialist at Lago Vista ISD. My goal is to help students in Special Education and their families better plan for life outside of Lago Vista ISD.

I serve as the H.O.D. for Lago Vista ISD. We are currently participating in Aquatics, Bowling, Basketball, and Athletics (Track and Field). We are always looking for volunteers! Join us.
